The Site is owned and operated by Viking South Studios, hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” By accessing or using our Site, purchasing a VIP Experience, or interacting with any content or features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase any products or services from us.

1. VIP EXPERIENCE PACKAGES

  • All purchases of The Barry Kerch VIP Experience are final and non-refundable.

  • The VIP Experience does not include admission to the concert. A separately purchased ticket is required for entry into the venue.

  • Items included (e.g., snare drum, drumsticks, signed memorabilia, hot sauces) are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar items of equal value if necessary.

  • The post-show meet and greet is subject to artist availability, venue restrictions, and any applicable health and safety regulations.

  • We reserve the right to change or cancel any part of the Experience due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, or force majeure events.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site or purchasing a VIP Experience, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By submitting payment, you agree to the total purchase amount and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of the VIP Experience, all sales are final. No cancellations or changes are allowed once an order is placed.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and video, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or participation in the VIP Experience. This includes, but is not limited to, any lost items, personal injury, or venue-related incidents.

7. PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
