Thank you for purchasing The Barry Kerch VIP Experience. Please note that all merchandise included in this exclusive package is not shipped and is available for pickup only at the concert venue on the date of your selected show.

CUSTOMER PICKUP ONLY

• All VIP Experience items (including the snare drum, drumsticks, signed memorabilia, hot sauces, and other perks) must be picked up in person at the venue on the night of the event.

• You will receive specific pickup instructions, including time and location, via email prior to the show.

• A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required at the time of pickup.

• Only the purchaser (or their designated guest, if previously approved in writing) may claim the items.

We do not offer shipping for any part of The Barry Kerch VIP Experience. All items are distributed in person at the event to ensure authenticity and to provide a personal touch.

MISSED PICKUP

If you fail to pick up your items at the event, we are not responsible for storing, shipping, or replacing them. No refunds or substitutions will be given for unclaimed packages.
