Thank you for purchasing The Barry Kerch VIP Experience. Due to the exclusive, limited-run nature of this experience, all sales are final and non-refundable.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items or experiences once a purchase is completed.

  • This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Custom Pearl snare drums

    • Stage-played Pro Mark drumsticks

    • Signed memorabilia

    • Shinedown hot sauces

    • Early entry privileges

    • Meet and greet access

MISSED EVENTS

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, we are not able to issue a refund or reschedule your VIP Experience. Please ensure your availability before purchasing.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

In the rare event that a show is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, venue issues), we will make every effort to transfer your VIP Experience to the rescheduled date or provide an appropriate alternative at our discretion. Refunds will only be considered if the event is fully canceled and no reschedule or alternative is offered.
